Quincy�s NBC affiliate KWWL Waterloo, IA shared this information on its community service activities in the first quarter of 2016. Among many examples, KWWL supported education by recognizing �Gold Star Teachers,� producing �READ� posters and visiting schools to meet with students. KWWL addressed bullying issues through its �Buddy Bench� contest. The station also donated hundreds of thousands of dollars in airtime by running PSAs on a variety of topics.
